About the event

What is set to be one of the best marathons in the country is about to wind its way through The Yorkshire Dales National Park, all on closed roads. The Yorkshire Dales Marathon is expected to attract thousands of runners as they take on one of the most scenic courses on the circuit.

WHO SHOULD TAKE PART?

Anyone who feels they can complete the course. With generous cut-off times, fully stocked feed stations, and one heck of a party atmosphere on the finish line, you don't want to miss this. If you don't think you can finish a marathon we've also got half marathon, 10k and 5k events happening on the same day in the same location.

WHAT ARE THE ENTRY FEES?

Entry starts at £50.

It's as scenic as it is challenging. Winding its way through the world-famous Yorkshire Dales on fully closed roads this course takes in the best of the Yorkshire Dales National Park and is set to attract large crowds to cheer you on.

Finishers can expect one of our bespoke medals and trophy categories will be announced closer to the event date.
